I used to be really suicidal. I would listen to Twenty One Pilots everyday. And everyday I would find a reason to live. Sometimes before I went to bed I would listen to Hole in the Ground. It's my favorite. It has saved me so much. It would give me a feeling that my life is empty but there's something or someone waiting to fill me. I found that someone. I hope you find Him too. All you gotta do is look for Him and you will find Him. He saved me from taking my own life. He told me He loves me. He told me He thinks of me more than ALL the sand on Earth. Two is an amazing song, tho it makes my legs feel like jelly and it makes my heart race and I get VERY paranoid/scared when I listen to it, it gives a sense of there’s something wrongs here but you just can’t put ur finger on it. Tw// suicide Two years ago I almost tried to take my life. I was sitting there with a handful of pills ready to end it all. But then screen came on and I couldnt do it. Because I realised that we are all broken people. We all have had something happen to us or happen in our lives that is worth collapsing on the ground and sobbing over. None of us are alone in this. Tonight was an awful night for me. One of the worst I've had in a while. I was thinking about my future, which is stressful bc I never thought I'd make it this far in the first place. I started spiraling again and I was having an awful anxiety attack, which in turn caused a tic attack. I am exhausted. I havent slept in days and I am more stressed out and overwhelmed and lost in this world than I could ever explain to you. But once again, tonight while I was thinking about ending it all, I came back to this video. It always helps me. It is always able to calm me down. Look, I know that it seems like things will never get better. I know it seems like you are going to feel like this forever and you're gonna be stuck here forever, but none of that is true. You are perfect just the way you are and one day, you are going to feel alright again. Itll get better. It might not seem like it, but just hang in there. You got this. I love you. Stay alive ||-//

No ones gonna see this so I can finally let it out: It just hit me how depressed I was at age 12-present I guess. Well I was at my worst in 2015-2016ish. I told myself I just wanted to forget or to go away for a while because I thought it wouldn’t last too long and by the time it’s over I’ll feel better. Now I think deep down I knew I wanted to go away completely. I took a few then stopped because I realized I was scared that I would go away completely and I didn’t want to go anymore. At this point I’m guilty and worried. I have no idea how I pulled something like that- I feel like I could never do that now. Trudging through a foot of snow with my dog, a headache, and I was dizzy. I called my mom and said I might have accidentally taken too many painkillers so she had me call poison control and they told me that I should be fine. I was somewhat relieved but physically I didn’t feel well at all. I called natalie and told her and now I feel bad that I put that on her as something she had to “deal with”. Then I texted Keenan. I kept assuring him I was fine but he said it wasn’t enough. He came to my house to make sure I was ok and that was probably the first time I genuinely felt cared for. I think this is when I called my mom and told her that I did it on purpose. I could never forget the pain and fear in her voice. She came home immediately and was scolding me about how dangerous it was like that wasn’t the point of me doing it. My dad called and yelled at me basically calling me stupid and I felt guilty because he told me that me and my brother are all he has. All I could feel was guilt and I still felt dizzy. I was depressed and I attempted to kill myself but my mom never got me help afterwards. She scolded me for the music I listened to and the negative quotes on the wallpaper I had on my phone but she didn’t get me help. I was so obviously depressed and I’m started to feel it again because of quarantine. I needed help more than ever then, what are the chances I’m gonna get help now. I can’t believe I pulled that before but now I’m wondering what will happened if I try again. I lost myself and my best friend that day. I hate myself often for losing one of best friends and he’s probably the first person I genuinely loved. I hate myself so much for what I did.

(Tw,suicide) I think.. somewhere around may 17th 2019 I was going to end my own life. I had it all ready,my note, my method, and I was ready to leave everything and everyone behind. Shaking hands, sobbing, thinking "finally, the pain will end" Locked in my room, sleeping pills in my hand, Note on my bed, I put the sleeping pills down and cried even harder, debating again whether it was worth it or not Forgot I had my dog in the same room as me, with me shaking,sobbing and sitting on the bed, my dog came up to me Took one look at my hand and put her paw on my leg, and laid on my lap. I picked her up and hugged her like it was the last time, which it almost was 5 minutes or so, my friend texted me Saying "Hey, how are you? I missed you :) " Didn't reply instantly Got up,put the pills away and texted back. Have no idea what I told him. Threw away my note. And laid in bed sobbing I laughed at myself and decided "I'm a dumbass for even considering suicide." And now it's the present, haven't seen a therapist or anything Am I still suicidal? Yes. I am. But am i still alive? Yep. I am. I get suicide thoughts stick a long time, and it's hard to ignore them But listen, it will get better. It got better for me. I found a reason to live, found my yellow, but I'm still in that depressed state, and it's okay. Because little by little I'm getting better And I know you can to. So don't give up,okay? If you dont have a reason to live, then let me, a stranger, be your reason to keep living until you find that reason. Please. Dont give up.

Sorry for my bad English.... Last Year I have a really worst break up and my heart was in a million pieces. I thought he was the love of my life and I will always love him... but he break up with me in march after 4 Years in a Relationship... it was the worst time of my life but I survived it and I don’t love him... In July I started to chat with a Boy I knew from High School... He is a big Twenty one Pilots fan and he loves their music.. I always knew Twenty one pilots but I never hear their songs really... but I started talking with this boy and I want to know what kind of music he hears because he loves music so much, so I started listen to twenty one pilots and i fell in love with this music and after Years I started to catch feelings for a boy and that was very hard for me because I was scared... the break up really hurt me and I don’t want to be hurt again... after weeks I accepted that I fall in love with this boy and that’s okay... For awhile I was happy because he really like me and everything was okay I thought we will start a Relationship but the boy has big trust issues because his ex girlfriend cheated on him and he have a lot of things to deal with in his life so he told me that he wasn’t ready for a relationship and that he don’t won’t to be hurt again... so we stop dating but we’re talking everyday with each other... but now I am stuck in the friendzone... I don’t know what I should do I’m so in love with him but he put me in the friendzone

I thought I recognized this then u started looking at the comments I already liked and oh boy the PTSD Is really kicking in rn damn last year sucked. I’m a lot better now 2020 wasn’t that bad for me.

I stumbled upon before you start your day on SoundCloud and first listened to it on the bus ready to go to my therapist. I listened and listened and the song was on repeat for at least the hour that I was on the bus. And I thought about myself performing on a talent show from my school. I always thought about how if I sang or played an instrument in front of a crowd how the attention would go only to me and the words I would sing and the chords I would play. but there was always that thought of that will never ever happen. you're not a pianist and you barely know how to play. So one time I thought fuck it and I practised for a whole month. I was so frustrated at first and ready to give up until I finally got it. I finally knew the whole song including the solo part. I was so damn proud of myself and so happy I finally got to play it. yes, you can. no matter what it is you think you can't do, you're wrong. you can. you can do it even if it takes a whole day, a week, a month, a year or even 10 years. it doesn't matter what you really want to do, how badly you want to do something or what you're struggling with. even if it's something uncurable, you can make everything better. even if it's just 1% of all the problems you have. you can do it. and that proves you're not worthless because "You'll see purpose start to surface No one else is dealing with your demons Meaning maybe defeating them Could be the beginning of your meaning, fren"

TW- suicide I've always had dark thoughts, 4th grade is the first time I think I considered suicide. Then in 8th grade it really hit me. In 8th grade, I tried to do it 6 times. One time right before I was about to cut, some words just popped into my head. "don't take it." (from guns for hands) I started crying so much. I don't know what I would've done without twenty-one pilots. I don't think I would be here without them. During the summer between 8th grade and 9th grade, I just started to feel better. Maybe it's because I started to lose weight finally. It was the weirdest thing. I didn't change anything in my diet or exercise. My weight started dropping rapidly and I started sleeping so much more. I started taking 4-hour naps in the middle of the day. And I started drinking so much more water. I was confused but I was happy. I started to like my body. And then my grandma told my parents that I shouldn't lose that much weight that fast and to take me to the doctor. My dad thought I had bulimia. Turns out I developed T1 diabetes. It was so shocking. I was finally starting to be happy with my body and I weighed about 103 lbs (I'm pretty short). but after the diagnosis, I started gaining weight again. This was right before my first year of high school and I thought I would go to school confident and happy. But the weight gain made me really unhappy. My friends make fun of my weight a lot and poke me in my insecure areas. So I went back to school and I continued to gain weight. Then I tried to take my life again. But now I had a new tool. Insulin. I tried to give myself insane amounts of insulin to force me into low blood sugar. But low blood sugar is so painful for me so I could never go through with it. 2 more times I tried this. It was awful. It didn't help that at the time I was dating a homophobic and sexist kid. Btw I'm bi. So this was difficult. Now I'm in 10th grade and I haven't cut or tried to take my life in over a year. I still get bad thoughts and still get sad sometimes. But it's nowhere as bad as 8th grade. I am still working to be more confident and one thing that helps me is to make a list of goals/things I want to accomplish. It helps me feel motivated to keep working towards my best self. I am still friends with the people who make fun of my height and weight but I am trying to put some distance between them and me. Covid helps with that lol. Even though I am still on the journey to full happiness and peace, I feel confident enough to say that things do get better. Just keep holding on and light starts to shine through the darkness. I would also like to mention I've been listening to this video for over 2 years now. Before it was to help me stay alive. Now I listen to it and I feel proud that I made it through one of the darkest periods of my life. I'm sorry this was so long and probably very confusing lol. It was kind of a brain dump. Bad people around me, narcissistic perverts, and more. Even with a lovely close family and friends, it was so hard. I remember cutting my ankle, I still feel the pain. But now I found my purpose, my life became incredible and I feel so great ! I want to share every moment, every joy with everyone. I'm here for that. Two gives me Oxenfree vibes honestly, I like it. Never listened to it before.. It is slightly unsettling at first ig, but that's what makes it better imo. I know that some of these songs are from the self-titled, blurryface, regional at best, and vessel albums but some of them I haven’t heard. I haven’t listened to the self-titled and regional at best in a REALLY long while so I don’t remember if some of the ones I haven’t heard are from one of those two albums.
